I Missed the Clue!

Can you believe it is January 7 already!  I know Christmas came and went with the speed of a snowball being thrown  by a 12 year old boy at his sister!  I missed the clue that is was my birthday (Jan. 1).  I didn't blow out any candles.    I will change my blog background as soon as I get a clue from my daughter where to find my choices.  She was nice enough to put this beautiful Christmas background on for me.  I will learn how to do it myself in the near future.

Happy Halloween!

Well, hard to believe but it is the end of October already. I'm waiting for trick or treaters to come to my door. Last year I had 5 or 6. Today I might not get that many. It is cold and rainy here - not the right weather to go walking from house to house with the threat of the flu bug buzzing around. My back yard is beautiful! The trees are empty now but the ground sure is full of beautiful orange, red and gold leaves. I say beautiful because I don't have the job of cleaning them up! I'm sitting at my computer with the window at my side. A little bird is sitting on the window sill outside bobbing it's head from side to side trying to figure out if he's inside or out. Every so often he pecks on the window. I wonder where he came from?

The mystery I'm trying to solve today is: If I type into my blog and no one answers, do the words still spill out into internet land?

Well, I'm entering the age of technology. It is not an easy entrance and I may take the exit door pretty quick. It's like the old laugh in the dark ride. You want to enter but you're not sure you want to be surprised. Does anyone else feel this way?
